How to connect a Muncie 4-Speed to an LS Engine
- LS V8 (4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L)
- Muncie 4-speed (M-20, M-21, M-22)
- Pilot Bearing BCA Part Number 57080 Found at OreillyAutoparts.com
- Stock mechanical clutch linkage with custom pivot ball bracket to attach the engine.
- Bell housing (American Powertrain part # BHCV-10004) Found on SummitRacing.com
- Flywheel part # FWG-460535 Found here at SummitRacing.com (Some people use a Sachs NFW1050 flywheel for a 99-06 Silverado 4.8L. While it is cheaper, I couldn't find a clutch that fit it properly. The open center of the flywheel was too large and the clutch friction material overhang into the center opening.)
- Clutch Part # 1ATCK00037 Found at 1Auto.com (11″ clutch with 1 1/8″ 10 spline for a 1970 M21 Muncie)
